Terms and conditions
Please note that all treatments require a patch test test at least 48 hours before. A 20% Non Refundable booking fee is required for all treatments.
At least 72 hours is required to reschedule your appointment otherwise you will be charged 50% of the treatment price.
Please note that we are only able to move your appointment on one occasion. Any requests to move after this point will result in you loosing your booking fee.
All colour boosts are one session.
Please note that rescheduling the touch up (within 8 weeks) cannot be guaranteed, If a rescheduled appointment does not meet the complimentary time frame, touch-up fees will apply
All booking fees once paid are non refunable.
If you arrive late for your treatment, your treatment may be cancelled and a mew booking fee will
We accept cash and card payments including American Express.
Please note there will be a 1% charge for a card transaction.
